I'm the former CEO of Armor Games, Kongregate biz dev, and deep in experience for both development and management, and years of selling and pitching games to partners like Nintendo, Sony, Xbox, Meta, Valve, Humble, GOG, Amazon, and more.

Wonderful Elephant is not providing legal services. We simply provide contracting services as feedback and guidance through the lens of games publishing, development, and licensing. We recommend every game developer have legal representation who can look at a contract and work in the best interest of themselves. If you take a call with us we will 100% tell you this same thing, and we have lawyers we can refer you to.
